Experienced Lead Carpenter
We’re growing and looking for an experienced lead carpenter who takes pride in quality work, can lead a crew, and wants to be part of a team that values honesty, hard work, and craftsmanship.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of carpentry experience with residential construction
- Proven ability to lead a crew and manage job sites
- Strong knowledge of building techniques, materials, and safety
- Ability to read blueprints and plans
- Dependable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Positive attitude and willingness to work outdoors
